Life as a Pet
At Brisa at St. Augustine

  • Maximum of 3 pets per apartment
  • $400 pet fee per pet
  • $25 monthly pet rent per pet
  • Breed restrictions apply

Aggressive breeds are not permitted, including Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, and Bulldog breeds. Exotic animals are not allowed.
